The Client: A global manufacturing conglomerate headquartered in the United States, with a significant operational presence in India.
Challenge: Current training content was in 200+ documents varying from word, PDF, and PPTs. This affected the training delivery, overall impacting the training output. This was also not a scalable option given the number of encumbrants taking the training across India.
Goal: Consolidate all the training material and develop standardized, engaging, and scalable training content.
